How do I reserve a date?

If you are interested in booking a date, first fill out the Book a Party form on our website. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm if the date is available. If you would like to move forward with reserving your preferred date, Bash 419 will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once the deposit is paid the date is yours! The 50% deposit will be credited toward your final bill, which is to be paid 7 days prior to delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your 50% security deposit to hold your party date is fully refundable if you cancel up to 7 days before your party, and you can cancel for any reason. Under special circumstance, you may reschedule your event once if after 7-day window. Events cancelled less than 7 days prior your pickup date, the deposit cannot be refunded.

What is included in each theme?

Each theme will be a little different, so be sure to check out the photos and description for each theme. Each theme includes canvas tents, air mattresses, fitted sheets, strand globe lights, themed garland/banners, various themed throw pillows, tray tables, lanterns, various tray table accessories, a large rug and a customizable framed felt letter board.

*Please note that sleeping pillows and blankets are not included, so be sure to remind any guests to bring those items.

How long do we get to keep the materials?

Delivery and pick up of your package is decided by you and the Bash 419 Manager. We are always able to find a time that works for both parties. Any extenuating circumstances need to be discussed a head of time.

What if my kids are not into any of your themes?

We will be adding new themes to our list of offerings, but if you know of a theme that your kids would love, send us a note! We would be happy to talk about curating a custom theme for you! There may be additional charges that apply.

How much space do the tents/mattresses take up?

Each tent/mattress combo is about 4 feet wide and 7 feet deep. If you are not sure whether the tents would fit in your space, send us a note and we can help you figure it out. There are lots of different layouts to consider.

Can you setup my Bash?

Absolutely, we would love to! We offer to setup your party for an additional $75 fee.

How challenging is the setup process?

One person can single-handedly set up and style five tents in less than two hours. That assumes little to no kid interference – ha! Two people could get the job done in less than an hour. Set up resources will be provided with your materials.

What locations do you service?

We service locations within a 15 mile radius from Sylvania, OH 43650. If your address is outside of the 15 mile radius, you will be charged an additional fee of $3 per extra mile. Please contact us directly and we can calculate this additional fee for you.

What happens if my kids damage something?

Once items are returned and inventoried, we will send an invoice for any damages.
